Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

We currently work with the Envíame APP platform, which uses various couriers. However, the shipping methods considered for this APP are Chilexpress and Blue Express. The courier will be determined based on the geographic area from which the product is ordered.

 

General Information

Once the transaction is completed and validated, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the user. It is important to check your Spam or Junk folder.

We ship exclusively to home addresses

We do not guarantee coverage for deliveries to shipping agencies or workplaces located within shopping centers or malls.

 

Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is processed and being prepared, you will receive an automatic email with the shipping information, including the tracking number or link, depending on the shipping method selected. Remember to check your Spam or Junk folder.

 

Delivery Times

TAION CHILE will make every effort to deliver products promptly. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Metropolitan Region: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Northern, Central, and Southern Regions: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Extreme regions: 10 to 14 business days.

However, KOCHI S.A. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

The delivery schedule to consider is:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (this day will depend on the shipping company).

KOCHI S.A. does not guarantee the exact arrival time; therefore, someone must be available to receive the package. Delivery can be made to third parties who live at the address (family members or caretakers).

During high-demand events such as Cyber Monday, Christmas, or Black Friday, shipping times may be extended due to high order volume and shipping company congestion.

For this reason, it is important to allow an additional 2 to 3 business days over the usual delivery time.

 

Exchanges and Returns

If you decide to exchange or return a product purchased through our website, you have up to 30 days after receiving it. To complete this process, please write to us at contacto@taion-wear.cl so we can process the exchange or return. Photos will be requested to verify the type of exchange (or return) to be made.

In the case of an exchange or return, you may do so as long as the product is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.

Exchanges and returns cover the following:

  • Wrong product or product in poor condition.
  • Exchange or return for other reasons.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used, within 20 business days of receiving the purchase at our warehouse.
